A Level Results 2023

Congratulations to our students, their parents/carers and our staff

We are so proud of our A Level students. Over the years, they have faced many challenges, but their resilience and determination has been evident in their achievements this summer. We are grateful for all the support from families and staff to ensure our young people reach their desired destinations.

Earlier this year, the government announced plans to return A level grades to pre-pandemic levels (2019), with a particular focus in reducing the number of A/A* grades awarded. This has been mirrored in our headline figures, but not in our students’ success rates in achieving their required destinations.

We are delighted to announce that every student has either secured their first choice university place or a planned route into higher education / employment. This is testament to the hard work of students, parents/carers and staff throughout a journey that has been full of challenges, including significant periods of remote learning during their GCSE years, and this year being the first set of public examinations the cohort have sat since Year 6!
